Proper Communication On Your Project

Proper Communication On Your Project

Proper communication is key to any project from the estimate to the first day on the job.
We have trained our staff to communicate in an effective and very organized way.
To do this we ask that you interact while on the project with your crew leader or lead painter.
They will be able to be more attentive to any need than calling the office or anyone else.

Calls to the office may not be returned for up to 24 hours in some cases and as you can see on a small job the job could be over by that time and you would never get an answer that could easily be had by the person onsite. Remember the painters know how to paint not the office staff.

For that reason we forward all job-related calls back to the painter onsite to handle.
They would love to be able to help you out, answer any paint, job and even billing questions.
If there is something that cannot answer they will call the appropriate person.

With so many projects going on we have trained our staff to be attentive and strive for A's on their report card but they do follow the proper procedures.

Here is a video we made on this topic
